He aspires to help leaders find and foster their Authentic Leader Identity through the Strengths-based approach that blends the best of Authentic, Servant, and Transformational Leadership schools.

 

He brings over a decade of experience in leadership and team development, talent management, and organizational culture building, having led Learning & Capability functions for multinational FMCG and Pharma organizations in Vietnam (Abbott, Suntory Pepsico Vietnam) and delivered development solutions to leaders across Asia. His approach blends business acumen, cultural sensitivity, and participant-centered facilitation to create learning experiences that are both practical and transformative.
