People with a high Connectedness talent believe in the interconnectedness of all things. They believe that nothing is accidental and that almost every event has a purpose.

With Connectedness , you feel that we are not separate, but part of something bigger. Some call it “collective consciousness,” others “spirit” or “life force.” Whatever you call it, this belief helps you stay grounded in the face of change, because you see everything as connected and for a reason .

  • Create a sense of belonging : Emphasize that every contribution, no matter how small, matters to the overall success.

  • Spread the Impact : Share stories about how a small action can have a ripple effect.
