• See the pattern behind complexity and identify clear solutions.

Strategic is a great talent, but if you're not careful, you can fall into some “traps”:

• Paralyzed by choice. Can get stuck weighing up scenarios and slow to implement.

• Lack of patience with the process. Others may judge you as too hasty when you rush straight to a solution.
